HeinOnline offers Web-based Training on Request (22 . 05 . 2015)

If you have a question about something you are researching in HeinOnline or if you do not know how to use a feature of HeinOnline, you can request a web-based training session from the HeinOnline support team, which is made up of individuals who are experts in navigating HeinOnline.

HeinOnline's support specialists provide training via a live web conference. These interactive training sessions will present an opportunity for you to learn more about the various features in HeinOnline.

Session duration will be 30 to 60 minutes based on the content that is being covered. Whether you need a basic introduction to HeinOnline or want advanced training on a particular topic, trained support specialists are available to help. You can choose to focus on a specific library, like the Law Journal Library or World Treaty Library, or you can focus on a specific function such as searching. The training session can be tailored to meet your needs.
