Ovid Resources on Swine Flu (07 . 05 . 2009)

To support its users as they grapple with issues such as diagnosis, treatment, care, and prevention of further infection, in-house librarians at Ovid have created a helpful list of resources on OvidSP that contain timely and relevant information on swine flu in humans.

Available in PDF format here on Ovid.com, this list of resources includes:

  • Recommended databases and journals on the Ovid platform
  • Suggested search terms and search strategies
  • Bibliography of related articles

Ovid is also providing health professionals all over the world, including hospitals in Mexico, where the virus is believed to have originated, as well as the public at large with free access to the Ovid MEDLINE and Global Health (including the archive) databases for 30 days.
