Major EMBASE.com release 1st August (01 . 08 . 2009)

The EMBASE team is delighted to announce a major EMBASE.com release, scheduled for Saturday 1^st August. This release, which is the result of an ongoing major investment program in the product, will introduce significant improvements to both content and search options within EMBASE.com (see the Release Fact Sheet, August 2009). Underlying is the transition to a new search engine which will enable many more improvements in the months ahead.

Key customer benefits available in August

• Addition of RefWorks offers extended options to export, manage, store and share EMBASE search results.
• New Autocomplete feature accelerates finding most relevant search terms and search results.
• Preview of Abstract and Index terms saves time to get to the requested information.
• Addition of MEDLINE years 1950-1965 further enhances comprehensiveness in searching the biomedical literature.

EMBASE-unique records as well as MEDLINE unique records are now tagged, enabling easy selection of the source database.
